Mr. Aaron Solomon
Mr. Aaron Solomon is the Managing Partner of Solomon & Co. and a fourth-generation solicitor with over 25 years of distinguished legal experience. A top-ranking advocate since qualifying in 1995 and securing first place in the All India Solicitor’s Examination in 1996, he brings unparalleled expertise to his practice.
Before joining Solomon & Co., Mr. Solomon served as a partner at two leading Indian law firms, contributing to several landmark cases and transactions. His areas of specialization include mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, exchange control regulations, competition law, banking, corporate and project finance, private equity, capital markets, and information technology. Known for his hands-on approach, he leads a team adept at managing large and complex cross-border transactions, providing clients with seamless solutions across India’s intricate legal landscape.
Mr. Solomon is a prominent figure in global legal networks. He is a member of the Association of Independent European Lawyers and an advisory member of the China–East Asia International Trade Disputes Settlement Advisory Committee. In 2023, he served as the President of the Indian Lawyers Association – Mumbai Chapter. He also serves as President of the Friends of Tel Aviv University in India, reflecting his commitment to fostering legal and academic excellence.
